A flowing breath practice that invites emotional release and encourages a sense of ease and flow.
Sit comfortably. Close your eyes.
Place one hand on your lower belly.
Inhale, letting your belly rise fully like a wave building.
Exhale with a gentle sigh through the mouth, letting it all go.
Each breath becomes a wave — rising and releasing.
Continue for 10 rounds.
Joy Inventory
A practice to reconnect with what genuinely lights you up and where pleasure may have faded.
Write: "What brings me pure, uncomplicated joy?" — list without filtering.
Circle the top 3 items.
Write: "When did I last experience one of these?" Note the gap.
Write one sentence about why this thing matters to you.
Commit to one small act of joy this week.
Hip Opening Flow
Gentle hip circles and stretches that release stored tension in the sacral area and invite ease.
Stand with feet hip-width apart.
Place hands on hips and begin slow, wide circles — 8 rotations each direction.
Move into a gentle forward fold, letting the spine hang heavy.
Sway gently side to side.
Come back to standing. Take three deep breaths.
Inner Waters Meditation
A gentle visualization that invites emotional flow and softens rigidity in the body and mind.
Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
Imagine a warm, glowing pool of water in your lower abdomen.
With each inhale, feel the water gently expand.
With each exhale, let it ripple outward — soft and fluid.
If you notice tension anywhere in your body, imagine the water flowing toward it.
Let the water dissolve whatever it touches. Stay here for 5 minutes.
Sensory Pleasure Reset
A practice of deliberately engaging your five senses to restore the capacity for simple, embodied pleasure.
Choose one sense to focus on for 10 minutes today.
For touch: hold something with an interesting texture — silk, stone, warm mug.
For taste: eat something slowly, noticing every flavor note.
For smell: light a candle or step outside and notice what the air carries.
For sight: find a view or object that draws your eye and simply look at it.
For hearing: close your eyes and identify every sound around you.
The goal is not to analyze, but to receive.
